Good morning and happy Monday! We just got back from our annual family reunion in Hilton Head Island, SC and we had a BLAST! I love all the quality family time we are able to get in and how much fun we all have together. Unfortunately I don't have nearly enough pictures, but the reason for that is because we were having too much fun to remember to stop and take pictures! Here are the few pictures I do have:
This girl LOVES playing on the beach. If given the opportunity, she would've played out here all day every single day. It's so fun to see how much she has grown since last year, where she couldn't really do a whole lot. This year she was building sandcastles and smashing them afterwards. She loved to make drip castles and play in the water. There were a lot of pelicans in the water and she kept asking to "swim with the pelicans".

Playing with her aunt, cousin, and a new friend from the beach. There were 14 total family members there this year, and then Devin and I went to visit his family in Jacksonville, FL for a day so we got to see even more. We love getting to see and spend so much time with our extended family.
One night we headed out for a walk on the beach around sunset and it was absolutely stunning! This picture is from right outside where we were staying.
and the view in the other direction š
Last but not least, this was my view pretty much every morning. LG running down the walkway towards the beach as fast as she could so she could play in the sand. I love how much our girl loves the beach!!
Today we are all in recovery/detox mode. We are having green smoothies for breakfast, hitting the gym, and buying our salad mix in bulk this week to detox from a week of sugary drinks/fried everything. Luckily our condo has laundry in unit so we were able to get that all done the night before we left for home. One less thing to check off the list!
I hope you all have a great start to your week! See you back here Wednesday when I will finally get around to posting my monthly goals. If you've already posted yours, feel free to share a link in the comments below. I'm still open to suggestions for this month!
I think there are definitely times you have to put that camera down and just live life. You got some pretty nice shots and it sounds like it was a fun weekend.
