Air Fryer Roasted Garlic Hummus

 Hi friends! On Monday I wrote that we make hummus multiple times a week, and I figured it couldn't hurt to share our recipe. Sometimes we will add some cayenne, hot sauce, or other ingredients to mix it up... but this is the basic recipe we always start with. 

Here's What You'll Need:

- 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

- 10-15 cloves garlic 

- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 1/4 cup tahini

- juice of 2 lemons (roughly 1/4 cup)

- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- salt and pepper, to taste


1. Roast cloves of garlic in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes. It should look like this when finished roasting:

This step is my favorite because it smells sooo good. 😋

2. Add all ingredients except the salt and pepper to a blender. Blend until smooth, roughly 1-2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
