Amazon Purchases August

Happy Friday and Happy Labor Day Weekend!! I hope you all have something fun planned for the weekend. We are headed to Wilmington to see Dev's parents and hopefully have one last hoorah on the beach before the end of summer. The weather is actually going to be in the 80's all weekend, which is about 10 degrees cooler than what it has been-- I'll take it! Today I am sharing my Amazon purchases for the month of August. Let's have a look:

Keurig Cleaning Kit-- I am embarrassed to admit this, but I am the worst about remembering to clean our Keurig. 😐 I know you're supposed to run this cleaning stuff through it every 3 months, but I can honestly say I've only done that 3-4 times total... and we've had this thing for 7-8 years. Don't judge! I have always been good about replacing the filters, and I used to run vinegar through it every once in awhile to descale.. but as far as "really cleaning it"... let's just say there's room for growth. Anyway the Keurig was acting up last week (surprise, surprise), so I grabbed one of these kits to clean it. Worked like a charm! Are any of you bad about remembering to clean the Keurig?

Negg Egg Peeler-- One of my best friends is doing Keto and was telling me how many hard boiled eggs she had been eating. She was saying peeling them is a pain in the neck and I told her about our Negg. This thing makes peeling hard boiled eggs a million times easier. The shell literally slides off the egg. You have to boil them for exactly 12 minutes, then immediately put them in an ice bath. Once they have cooled, put them in the Negg with a little bit of water, shake, and the shell slides right off. Here's the Youtube tutorial if you want to watch. If you eat a lot of hardboiled eggs, I can't recommend this thing enough!
Parting Combs-- I lost my parting comb last month and since I use it every day, grabbed some more. I keep one in my bathroom, one in my gym bag, and one in Lily Grace's room for when I style her hair. These are so cheap and make parting hair for pigtails and other styles much easier.
Joggers-- I wrote about these last week but I finally jumped on the jogger bandwagon and am so happy I did. Joggers are so comfy! They are the comfort of yoga pants, but looser and with pockets. What's not to love?
T Shirt Dress-- I saw this on Jennifer's blog a couple weeks ago and it looked so darn cute on her, I had to buy it too! It is really soft and I love that it has pockets. I have had it for 2 weeks and have already worn it 3 times-- hah! I promise you'll love this one too.
Meal Planner Pad-- Our meal planner pad was on it's last sheet, so I grabbed a new one of these. We use this every week-- it helps make the week go much more smoothly!

Batteries-- the kids' toys needed some new batteries, and these were cheap and quick to arrive. We ordered them in the morning and they were on our porch by the end of the day. Dang Amazon is convenient!

Today I am linking up with Andrea and Erika for Friday Favorites. Have a nice 3 day weekend!!
