Current Obsession-- Caudalie

Today I am writing about one of my current obsessions: Caudalie.

In case you haven't heard of it, Caudalie is a skincare line from France that uses natural active ingredients from grape vines to create something called Resveratrol which helps with anti-aging in skin. The owner, Mathilde Thomas, has written a book about her company and how she founded it called The French Beauty Solution. I read the book a year or two ago and was fascinated by what she wrote, but didn't want to spend a lot of money on a product I wasn't sure about.

The French Beauty Solution: Time-Tested Secrets to Look and Feel Beautiful Inside and Out

Fast forward to last December when Dev and I were in Paris. We stumbled into a little pharmacy and noticed that they were selling sample sizes of Caudalie products. This seemed like the perfect fit for me: a product I wanted to try, but didn't want to spend $80 on, I could now get a sample size of for less than $10. So I gave it a shot and haven't looked back since. The products I use are:
I feel like this helps with my puffy eyes in the morning. It also smells like roses, and I feel super feminine putting it on (cheesy, I know).
This is one I put on areas where I notice I have fine lines. I will be honest here, I have only noticed a **slight** impact with this one as compared to other products, so I'm not sure I will be buying it again when this container runs out.
I looooove this one because of how it smells and feels on my skin. My skin just soaks this right up and feels so refreshed after I put this on.
This one was a free gift when Dev stopped into a pharmacy in France last month and I couldn't wait to try it out. This one is BY FAR my favorite of the Caudalie products. I put this on my fine lines/wrinkles at night and have noticed a really really big impact from this. It seems bizarre to be putting oil on your face and I'm pretty sure my middle school self would cringe at the thought of it, but I have areas on my face that get super dry and my skin just soaks this oil right up.

So this is one of my current obsessions, but probably one that will be around for awhile. We have noticed that Caudalie products are significantly cheaper in France, so I usually have Dev stock up when he goes there for a work trip.

Thanks for stopping by :)

  1. This condition is very familiar and understandable to many, but not everyone knows how to cope with it and get calm and tranquility from it.
