The "Goddess" Salad

This is one of my favorite go-to salads to make. My girlfriend Katie originally introduced me to a different version of this recipe years ago, and I have just tweaked it over the years to fit our taste more. I love the combination of the sweet and salty with the nuts and dried cranberries!

Here's What You'll Need:
1 bag of spring mix
1 bag of spinach
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 container of feta cheese
green goddess dressing (use whatever amount you prefer)

1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss. I like to add the dressing to the bowl and toss it all together.

2. Add to salad plates, preferably chilled if you have time! I just throw mine in the freezer right before I start making the salad, giving them about 10 minutes to chill. Make sure when you plate your salads that you grab some of the nuts from the bottom of your bowl. They always seem to sink to the bottom 😀

  2. this sounds good. I haven't had feta since before I was pregnant, baby girl is 8 months now. I think I need to add some to my grocery list
