Beauty Products Gift Guide

Hey there! I hope you all had a good weekend. My sister was asking for a list of my favorite beauty items because she wasn't sure what she wanted for Christmas. I put together a little list of my favorites, and then decided to share them with you too! Just in case you know someone who loves beauty products/hair products/all that jazz but don't know what to get them for Christmas! These are all items I have tried over the years and love. Let me know if you use any of these-- I'd love to know what you think of them!

1. Isle of Paradise Tanning Drops-- These have become a new favorite this year! I love that you add them to you lotion so you can kill two birds with one stone: moisturize AND add your tanner. I usually put them on at night with my night cream, but sometimes I will put them on during the day too and put my makeup over the top.

2. Rodial Glamolash Mascara-- I got this in one of my Ipsy bags years ago and this is still my favorite mascara! It fills out the lashes and makes them look longer, yet it is also easy to wash off at night. I hate when mascaras are a pain to remove.

3. Essie Gel Setter Nail Polish-- I use this at least once a week! Every time I paint my nails! This gel top coat gives your nails that shiny look AND helps them dry faster, which means less smudges! You won't regret buying this one.

 4. Bed Head Waver-- I bought this a little over a month ago and use it all the time now! I love the relaxed beach wave look you get and how simple it is to use. Here is what my hair looks like after using it:

I saw that you can apply a 40% off coupon on Amazon right now! That's a steal! If you know someone who would like this sort of thing-- grab it now before the coupon is gone!

5. Purlisse Watermelon Energizing Aqua Balm--  I love the lightweight feel of this moisturizer. It's soothing and hydrating, but doesn't feel at all thick-- perfect for the South in the hotter months but honestly works all year round!

6. Essie Nail Polish 6 Pack-- Essie and OPI are my two favorite nail polish brands because they last longer before they chip. I thought the color choices in this kit were all really pretty and would make a great gift!

7. T3 Ionic Hair Dryer-- This hair dryer is definitely on the pricey side, but it give your hair that smooth blow-out look just from drying. I was super skeptical at first, and thought "It can't be that much better than a regular hair dryer", but now I definitely notice a difference in my hair texture when I dry with a different dryer.

8. Purlisse Illuminating BB Cream-- So my all time favorite BB Cream is the regular BB Cream, the one listed at #11, but this one came in one of my Ipsy bags and I really fell in love with this one too. Sometimes I'm in the mood for the slightly dewey/glowing look that this illuminating bb cream offers. Both of these products are amazing, you honestly can't go wrong. I use the "light" shade in both products.

9. Ceramic Chi Flat Iron-- I have had a Chi for as long as I can remember-- they are the best flat irons I have come across and are great for smoothing frizzy hair without frying it.

10. Benefit Hoola Bronzer-- I have used several different bronzers over the years but this is the one I always come back to. This one always gives you that "just got back from the beach" vibe without being too much (I mean obviously you can put on too much, but that's a different story).

11. Purlisse BB Cream-- Okay last Purlisse product for today... I'm not a spokesperson for this brand but I probably could be! This is my favorite BB Cream that came in one of my Ipsy bags years ago and I have been hooked on it ever since. I actually get super excited anytime something of this brand comes in my bag because I am guaranteed to love it (hence two other items on this list also being this brand). I love the way this goes on my skin so smoothly/easily and it is enough coverage without being too heavy. I cannot recommend this product enough!

12. Benefit Brow Setter-- These help keep those pesky eyebrow hairs in place all day. I like to keep my eyebrows a little longer and fuller if possible but something they get all out of whack. This gel keeps them going in the right direction all day.

13. Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray-- This spray has been all over the internet for the past few years for a good reason. It is worth all the hype! This is kind of a cross between a styling product and a dry shampoo. It keeps my hair from getting oily and also gives it some extra volume when I am between washes.

I hope this list is able to help some of you as you are finishing up (or just starting!) your shopping. Like I said above, if you use any of these products and love them, let me know! Or if you have some other products to recommend, I love to try new things!
