What I'm Priming: June

Hello friends and hellooooooo long weekend! Do you have big plans for the 4th? We have plans to celebrate with friends and also spend some time at the Whitewater Center and I could not be more excited about it. We haven't been since Mother's Day and it is one of our all time favorite places.

Today I am sharing my Amazon purchases for the month of June. I think you'll notice a theme here. Think summer, road trips, and being outside. 😊

Mermaid Pool Toys- No explanation necessary here!

Boat Pool Toys-- Same as above, no explanation necessary!

RuffleButts Swimsuit-- I love this brand for girl swimsuits and thought this one was adorable.

Car Seat Organizer-- Unfortunately on our drive to Hilton Head and our drive home we encountered some pretty bad traffic, making our car rides significantly longer than expected. While sitting in traffic I was brainstorming ways we could make our car rides go a little more smoothly in the future and I figured the kids would be happier if they had all of their activities within reach and easily accessible. That way I'm not trying to find something while also trying to drive. Amazon to the rescue with this little guy:

(picture from Amazon, obviously these are not my children 😊)

Now the kids can grab a coloring book/crayons/book/toy/snack without me needing to find it and give it to them. So far this has made life easier as we are driving around town, and we plan to test it out for our next road trip later this month. I'll report back in a few weeks, but I feel pretty confident this will help road trips go a little more smoothly.

Replacement Paddle-- Unfortunately my paddle for my paddle board broke when we were at the beach. We tried to contact the company about a replacement but it was outside the warranty period. Amazon to the rescue!

DampRid-- Last month Devin went to go run a few errands and left his windows cracked in the parking lot. By the time he checked out and went out to the parking lot it was pouring down rain. Yikes! Needless to say his car ended up having a bit of an odor to it, so we bought one of these. It worked like a charm! Honestly it was kind of cool to see how much moisture it absorbed.

Thats it for this month but I am on the lookout for some great items coming up for Prime Day. I'm mostly looking for back-to-school things we can get now so we aren't rushed come August. Thanks for stopping by today!

I am linking up with Andrea and Erika for Friday Favorites. I am also linking up with Tanya for Prime Purchases next Tuesday. Have a nice long weekend!

  1. Those swim suits are so cute! Car organizer is a great idea. We still have something between the seats in the back, so my kids don't make a mess in the car. haha
