Tomato Avocado Corn Salad with Bacon

Good morning friends! Today I was in the mood for a Caprese Salad, but with a twist. I looked in the fridge and grabbed everything that sounded good. This is one of those "everything but the kitchen sink" recipes, but it worked out well! The hardest part of this is just getting your ingredients prepped and ready. Once you have everything in order, it takes less than a minute to pull it all together.
Here's What You'll Need:
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 ball mozzarella, cubed
1 ear of corn, cooked and cut off the cob
3 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 avocado, cubed 
Drizzle of EVOO
Salt and pepper, to tase

1. Include all ingredients, EXCEPT the avocado, including the EVOO and salt and pepper. Give a good stir.

2. Add avocado last, and gently toss to combine. 

3. Enjoy! Easy peasey!
