Good morning friends and happy Friday! Today I wanted to share one of my favorite recipes we've been making on repeat lately: our Watermelon Jalapeño Margaritas. If you have these ingredients on hand, I strongly recommend making one tonight to kick off your weekend! Enjoy!!
Real quick, before I tell you the recipe, I have to say we make this as a traditional margarita with the alcohol sometimes, but most of the time I want the flavors without the alcohol.. so we also make a "mocktail" version. I'll share both recipes with you in case you want them!
3-4 cubes watermelon, frozen
6 oz tequila
2 oz triple sec
24 oz watermelon juice
4 oz fresh lime juice (3-4 limes)
1 jalapeño- 1/2 diced small, other 1/2 cut into slices
Salt for rim, optional (we used a combination or sriracha salt and citrus salt!)

1. Add the diced jalapeños and a few cubes of frozen watermelon to a pitcher and muddle a bit (I used a wooden spoon).
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir in.
3. Place a few cubes of frozen watermelon and sliced jalapeños into each glass, then add the remaining frozen watermelon to the pitcher and enjoy!
Mocktail Version:
3-4 cubes watermelon, frozen
4 oz watermelon juice
4 oz fresh lime juice (2-3 limes)
1 jalapeño- 1/2 diced small, other 1/2 cut into slices
2 oz simple syrup (not necessary if using watermelon juice, just adds to flavor)
1. Same directions as traditional version!
Sounds so refreshing!
