Grilled Veggie with Honey Balsamic Vinaigriette


Hey there friends... today I wanted to share one of the recipes we have been making at least once a week: our super simple honey balsamic grilled veggies. We mix up what veggies we use to keep it interesting, so use whatever you have! It doesn't have to be the same veggies I have listed!
Here's What You'll Need:
-1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced,
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 6-8 asparagus spears
- salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
2. Combine all liquid ingredients together in a small bowl and whisk until mixed. 
3. Add all sliced veggies to a large bowl and drizzle honey balsamic mixture over them. Stir to thoroughly coat all veggies. Add salt and pepper to taste, and stir.
4. Put veggies directly on grill if you prefer them to have grill marks, otherwise use a grill basket. Grill for about 15-20 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
