Honey Balsamic Grilled Carrots

We are on a big honey balsamic kick lately and I am not upset about it! This honey balsamic glaze is so simple to make and adds a bunch of flavor to our food. The next time you are looking for a veggie to throw on your grill, give these a try!
Here's What You'll Need:
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
5 large carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks
sea salt, to taste

1. Include first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together to mix thoroughly. Once sauce is thoroughly mixed, add carrots to the bowl and toss to marinate. 
2. Let carrots marinate in sauce for 15 or so minutes while you preheat the grill to medium high heat. 
3. Grill carrots for 7-8 minutes per side, until tender. 
4. Plate carrots and add a touch of sea salt on top. 
5. Enjoy!
