Woohoo!!! We made it to 4th of July weekend! We are leaving soon for our annual beach trip and I am beyond excited! We had a taste of the beach last weekend and the kids were both in heaven... I can't wait to get back! We will still be taking it easy and doing pretty much the same things we've been doing at home, but with the beach and a pool instead of our backyard... woohoo!!
Today I am sharing my "What I've Been Priming" for the month of June. It was supposed to be a "no spend" month, meaning we only bought things that were necessities, so we really didn't buy all that much this month. Here's a look at what we ordered:
Kauai Coffee-- Devin bought some Hawaiian coffee for my Hawaiian themed birthday and I love it! This is the coffee we drank while on our honeymoon in Hawaii and it is really good!
Giant Ice Cube Trays-- I bought Devin some nice bourbon and bourbon glasses for Father's Day and grabbed these fun giant ice cube trays for him too. He has only used them once for his bourbon though because I keep using them-- oops! The giant size means they take forever to melt and keep my drinks cold for a really long time. I love to add them to my infused water pitcher
Visor-- I saw Shay post about this visor and knew it would be perfect for my morning runs and for the pool/beach. I like to wear my hair in a high bun and can't do that with a regular hat, but this visor makes it possible. I loved the bright color.
Toddler Bed Bumpers-- And last but not least, these bed bumpers. The bed Lily Grace sleeps in when we go to Hilton Head is pretty high off the ground for a toddler and I was worried about her falling off the bed. She also sometimes sleeps on an air mattress at my in-laws but fell off it in the night last time we were there. These bumpers should hopefully help her stay put.
I sure hope the bumpers work! We once had our son fall out of bed at Disney, hit his head (lightly thank goodness!) on the nightstand.. and not even wake up!!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness how scary!! Yes. let's hope they work!
DeleteLove the color of the visor. Have fun. Enjoy. Be safe.

I thought it was a bright fun color too!
DeleteHA! I saw Shay post about that visor and ordered the yellow too. It's at home waiting on me. Happy 4th!
ReplyDeleteIt's too dang cute! I love it! And it was cheap too :) #winning
DeleteI have heard that coffee is really good! I will def have to try. The visor is cute but not sure I could pull it off. Make sure you post a selfie once you get it :)))
ReplyDeleteGirl you could totally pull it off!!!!
DeleteI love the visor...would be perfect for my walks! Have a happy 4th!
ReplyDeleteExactly! Great for keeping the sun out of your face!
DeleteI love hats, but never considered a visor! What a great solution for buns.
ReplyDeleteI know! I love hats too but also love a good messy bun... such a dilemma. Until you get a visor ;)
DeleteWe love Hawaiian coffee. We order Kona Coffee from Hawaii (not a blend) a few times a year as a treat.
ReplyDeleteIt's so dang good! The only down side is that I end up drinking 3+ cups a day because it's so delicious.
