Good morning friends! We have been on a big smoothie bowl kick lately for breakfast. They are something that just never gets old to me! And it's always good to start the day with a big bowl full of fruits and veggies. Here is one our recent recipes:
Here's What You'll Need:
- 2 cups frozen tropical fruit blend (we buy ours at Costco)
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1 large handful kale
- 1.5 cups pineapple juice
- .5 cup water
- 1 packet frozen açaà puree (we buy ours at Trader Joe's)
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds (try to soak them for at least 5 minutes prior to putting in the blender-- your body soaks up the nutrients more easily!)
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend!
2. Top with whatever ingredients you have. We had some unseated coconut flakes, a banana, and some granola.
