Grilled Cauliflower Steaks

Good morning friends! We have been having the most beautiful warm weather lately and have been trying to soak up as much of this "grilling weather" as possible. We have been grilling burgers, chicken, shrimp, veggie skewers, you name it. We've also been grilling some side items, like the grilled cauliflower steaks I'm sharing today.

Here's What You'll Need:
1 head of cauliflower
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp olive oil
1 packet of this seasoning (I highly recommend this seasoning, but you could substitute whatever you have-- Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb would probably be good on this too!)

1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Cut your cauliflower into large steaks, about 1 inch thick.
2. Using a brush, brush butter on both sides of cauliflower. Drizzle a little olive oil on top of both sides too.
3. Being careful not to break your steak apart, shake the seasoning over the top of the cauliflower.  Using a spatula, flip it over and season the other side.
4. Grill each side of the cauliflower for 4-5 minutes. For smaller pieces of cauliflower, or pieces that break off the steak, use a grill basket.

Enjoy! This is such a simple, yet healthy and delicious side! You better believe we will be making this a lot over the summer!

  1. Yum! I've never tried grilled cauliflower but have been loving roasted ones lately. I'm printing this out to give it a try this week.
