Watermelon, Feta and Basil Salad with Balsamic Glaze

Good morning! I had a real hankering for something that was both salty and sweet this week and a watermelon/feta salad sounded right up my alley. Here's how I made it!
(Picture taken before glaze was added. The glaze is delicious but not very pretty šŸ˜€)

Here's What You'll Need:
7 Cups Watermelon, Cubed
1 Cup Feta Crumbles
10-12 Basil Leaves, Chopped
1 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Honey

**Make glaze early, possibly even the night before if you have time!

1. In a small saucepan bring balsamic vinegar and honey to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into a glass jar and allow to cool 3-4 minutes before putting into refrigerator to chill.

2. Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl and gently toss to combine. Set aside.

3. After glaze has chilled, drizzle desired amount of glaze on top of salad. Reserve extra for future salads.
