Refreshing Cucumber Smoothie

 Good morning friends! Today we are off to hike to one of our favorite trails and I wanted to start the day off right by being well nourished and prepared for our long trek. Which brings me to our recipe of the day, a super refreshing and hydrating smoothie.

Here's What You'll Need:

- 1 cup frozen pineapple

- 1 cup frozen mango

- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 

- 1 large handful spinach

- 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk (plus a little more if you like it more watery)

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 1 tbsp honey (optional, if you like it sweeter)

1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy!
