Not Just a Mom: Home Tour

Hello hello! I hope you all had a nice weekend. Devin's mom had surgery this past week so we took the kids on down to Wilmington, NC to visit and help lift her spirits after her surgery. Our sweet girl had a tough time sleeping the first night and woke up at 4 am (😳). I tried everything to get her to fall back asleep but it just wasn't happening. Eventually we decided to stay up, and I asked her if she wanted to go watch the sunrise on the beach. She said yes so we hopped in the car and drove to the beach!

I love spending some one on one time with my favorite girl, especially at the beach! We watched a bunch of surfers and two of them jokingly told LG to come out and join them. She was on cloud 9! Later that day she took her boogie board to the beach to "practice surfing". 😊

Anyway, we ended up getting home much later than expected on Sunday so unfortunately my post is going to be quicker than I had originally intended!

Today I am joining up with Adrienne, Dara, Sarah, Jennifer, and Joanne for our monthly Not Just a Mom and today's theme is Home Tour. I can't wait... I love to take a peek into other people's homes!

I know this link up will be a hit because don't we all love to see inside other people's homes? It's like touring a model home but better because it's real life.

I have been recapping our home renovation for the past several months so I don't really have anything new to share with you today.. just a bunch of links to my old posts. To share my entire home with you in one post would be a bit much-- and I don't even have a big house! After writing this post though I realized there are a few rooms I haven't shared yet.. so one of these days I'll have to post the rest of the house. Seeing as it's already 8 pm, the kids are in bed and the house isn't looking it's cleanest, that'll have to wait for another day though.

Here are the links to each of my old posts if you want to check them out:

Our Kitchen Renovation Before and After

Master Bedroom

Dining Nook

Downstairs Den/Living Room

Liam's Room

Lily Grace's Room (Yikes-- this is super old! I need to do an updated version!)

And last but not least... our backyard! This is where we spend a solid majority of our time.

Like I said before, now I'm realizing I haven't shared every single room in our house.. not the bathrooms, the guest bedroom, our entryway or the laundry room. So I guess I have a few more blog posts to do to show you around our home! Although does anybody really want to see the bathrooms or laundry room? Ours are nothing so special so I'm guessing not.

If you did a Home Tour post today please link up with us below! Next month we will be doing our "Daily Must Haves" and I know that'll be another good one as well.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

See you back here Wednesday!
