And then there were 4!

Remember when I was telling you we were moving, and had a LOT of things going on all at the same time?? Well, not only are we in the midst of selling our house and buying a new one.... we're also HAVING ANOTHER BABY!!!

The newest member of our family is due in September and to say we are excited is a BIG understatement! NO we will not be finding out the gender! We loved that Lily Grace was a surprise and can't wait to experience that again.

I am now 11 weeks along and feeling... well... not the best. My last pregnancy was a completely different pregnancy. I was fortunate enough to have only the slightest bit of morning sickness, but was easily able to figure out what tips/tricks I needed to do to avoid it.

This time around is a very different story.
Me at 32 weeks pregnant with Lily Grace... Gosh I LOVED that bump!!

I am having a difficult time finding food where the aroma doesn't immediately make me nauseous. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I eat, I immediately feel queasy and wonder how long it'll take to come back up. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I can consistently keep down greasy carbs (hash browns, French fries, biscuits, etc.) but I haven't been able to eat more than 3 bites of a salad in weeks.
This was the 40 week mark with LG. That sweet girl was cozy in there though and wouldn't budge for another 6 days!
We are so excited to be adding another member for our family and I cannot wait to share with you as we go through this next pregnancy.

Have a great Monday!

  6. Congratulations!! We waited to be surprised with the gender of our babies too. I sailed through the first pregnancy with small bouts of occasional queasiness and then had "all day" sickness with my second pregnancy for the entire 9 months... they were both boys and different as night as day! Hope the morning sickness passes and you're feeling better soon!

  8. --I had to scroll back and found your announcement since I started with reading the 14 week update. Yay to not finding out the gender. We aren't finding out the genders of our twins and it drives people bonkers to learn that - ha!
