Roasted Cauliflower

About two years ago my mother in law made us dinner and made the most delicious cauliflower I had ever tasted. I asked what she did to season it and it turns out it is the EASIEST recipe! Healthy and easy is a winning combination. I promise if you give this recipe a try, you will like it as much as I did!


Here's what you need:
One head cauliflower, cut into steaks (florets would be fine too)
1 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 packet of this seasoning mix (it's cheaper at World Market, but if you're looking for the convenience of Amazon, use this link)

Preheat oven to 450. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until cauliflower is evenly coated. Lightly spray a baking dish, pour your cauliflower into the dish, and bake for 25 minutes (or until edges start to brown). 

Easy peasey and delicious!!
