As I'm writing this, today is the last day of 2019 and it has been the most wonderful year for our family. This was the year that we:
Grew From a Family of 3 to a Family of 4: At this point last year we were not even aware that our sweet little boy was already growing. He was tinier than a poppyseed and we didn't even know he was there, but he was 😍.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for this healthy, sweet, easygoing baby boy. He is always smiling, giggling, or looking adoringly at his big sister. I am also beyond grateful for how easily Lily Grace transitioned from being an only child to a big sister. She genuinely seems to love being an older sibling and I know those feelings may not last forever, so I'm trying to soak them up as much as I can now!
Our "Big Girl" Started School: We were so fortunate to get into our top choice pre-school for Lily Grace after being on the wait list for about 6 months. This school is phenomenal and she loves to go. We've been on Christmas break for a little over a week now and she asks daily when she gets to go back to school. The school also happens to be our church's preschool and is a 3 minute walk from our house. It couldn't have worked out any better!
We Traveled Domestically: Last year we visited a few different countries, but 2019 was the year of domestic travel.
We went to Charleston,
and Disney World to name a few.
I loved looking back on this same post from 2018 and CANNOT WAIT to see what God has in store for our family in 2020!
