Mango Dreamsicle Smoothie

Good morning! This is one of my favorite go-to smoothies lately. Super healthy, easy, and delicious. Exactly what I love in a smoothie!

Here's What You'll Need:

- 1 cup frozen mango

- 1 banana

- 1 clementine

- 1 cup coconut water

- 1 splash orange juice

- 2 handfuls kale

- 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked for 5 minutes)

- 1 tbsp ground flax seed


1. First step is to soak your chia seeds in a little bit of water while you get everything else ready. When you soak chia seeds your body is able to absorb the nutrients more easily. The longer you soak them, the more easily your body can absorb the nutrients. Some people leave them to soak overnight, but I usually just do it for the 5 or so minutes while I am getting the rest of my ingredients ready. Even a little bit makes a difference.

2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend. Enjoy!

  1. I love smoothies! I love to make a huge batch of them, pop them in the freezer, and have them for breakfast and it will last a week! I don't have a recipe, I just go by whatever I want, but this recipe is exactly what I like in a smoothie! Thank you for sharing!
